We are located just south of Berkeley Springs on Route 522, just 8 miles from I-70 and I-68 in the eastern panhandle of the beautiful mountain state of West Virginia. Opened in July 2002 , each room is custom furnished with locally crafted furniture and includes in-room coffee, iron and ironing board and hair dryer. We are nestled in a pristine valley. Our community has the oldest warm spring spas in the country. We are a four-season destination with spas, arts, crafts, antiques, hunting, fishing, hiking, golf and white-water rafting or just old lazy float trips. Festivals and fairs are held year-round with the biggest being our Apple Butter Festival, held Columbus Day weekend in October each year. We take great pride in our West Virginia Hospitality.
